What to expect from our Growth Audit

Our Growth Audit approach is based on the Customer Engagement Process outlined in the chart opposite. This report will follow the sections outlined across the chart, starting with ‘Your Story’ at the top, and working across the engagement process from left to right, ending with ‘Referral’.

At each stage, we aim to make recommendations for how customer engagement might be improved in your business.

The final section of the report then groups these recommendations into an action list for the business to undertake. The list is provided in the order we would suggest prioritising the recommended actions.
