How our SME Growth guarantee works

To qualify for our SME Growth guarantee, there’s a few criteria you’ll need to meet:

  • Your business must advertise or sell direct to your customers
    In other words, you don’t sell to distributors who then sell your product to consumers. We can help B2B companies, but they tend to take longer than three months to see sustained results.

  • You currently spend at least $2,000 per month on average on your marketing and advertising.
    Sorry, while we do work with smaller budgets, the smaller level of data makes it more difficult to move the dial within a three month timeframe.

  • You have existing data.
    You have a benchmark of your current marketing performance which we can be measured against, or at the very least, a source of data from which we can identify your current performance. If you are not currently tracking the performance of your marketing campaigns, you are missing a big opportunity. Feel free to call us as we can help you identify what you should be tracking and how to do it cost effectively.

  • You can’t be an existing client.
    Sorry guys – you know we’re already nailing it for you!

What we’ll need from you.

 

If you meet the criteria listed above and are interested to see whether we can improve your digital advertising return on investment, you’ll need to be open to providing us access to some of your business information. (Note: we’re happy to sign NDA’s).

We need to ensure we have a level playing field, so to provide you a guaranteed outcome, we’ll need to understand the following:

  • Website traffic and behaviour
    This will require access to Google Analytics

  • Recent & current ad campaign structure and performance
    This will require access to your current creative, media and ad account structures with all forms of digital media and, if you have it, CRM data.

  • At least 18 months of sales data
    This will require access to sales data, ideally broken down by product/category.
